Disappointed

I downloaded this game with hopes of a good game and it was till now . With the recent "consolidation process " I lost my main village ,my troops that include citizen maltia,infantry,Knights and 13 spies. Also 2 chests and one governer. Cant collect 7 servants on the map either cause I cant find them! I ask either to get my village back with everything how it was or I will uninstall. I had also told my friends to download this game . Depending what happens I will tell them to uninstall too.
